Over thirty five years experience in Engineering, Design, Installation, Construction and Sales. President of Fred Band & Associates, Inc. since 1988. Prior background experience in the Food, Dairy, Beverage and Baking Industries.
Project Management
Denis Reichenbach - Installation Foreman
Extensive experience in Material Handling, Process and Utility Piping Installation, Fabrication, Layout, Design and Installation. Industrial sales experience in General Construction Operations. Experience in steam, process, utilities and electrical installations.
Controls

Paul Band - Controls Department Manager
Over twenty years experience in Mechanical Construction of Control Systems and installations with trouble shooting background. Experienced and factory trained on Wonderware and Allen Bradley PLCs and PanelViews. Well versed on various controllers, flow meters and associated control instrumentation.
Tom Pham - Controls Engineer
Experienced and factory trained on Wonderware and Allen Bradley PLCs and PanelViews.

Mechanical

Vern St. Clair - Mechanical Engineer
Over twenty years of mechanical engineering and structural experience in Food Processing, Construction and Plant Management.
Frank Matthews - Process Systems Designer
Operations Specialist Chief, USNR - Ret.
Over twenty years Design Draftsman, CAD System Administrator. Associates degree in drafting technology.

In addition to the above mentioned, our office staff includes inside sales representatives, administrative and field installation personnel.
