Our
field installation mechanics have extensive experience in all phases of process
system installation. Our crews consist of certified welders and can perform
all types of welding including sanitary purge welding, MIG, TIG and Arc welding
procedures. Our crew foremen are highly organized and experienced individuals
that have the proven ability to ensure the work is performed in accordance
with the customers requirements.
At
our Sacramento, CA fabrication shop, we have the necessary tools and equipment
to perform a great deal of project work prior to going to the jobsite, which
often times saves our customers money as well as interruptions to their on-going
operations. We can pre-fabricate systems and system components such as skid
mounted CIP (clean in place) systems, hot water sets and other heat exchange
systems to the point where it is merely a matter of taking the system to the
job site and making the necessary utility and process system connections.
We
can handle just about any type of installation, big or small. While we specialize
in installation of stainless steel piping systems and processes, we are also
very capable of installing carbon steel, copper, pvc and aluminum piping systems
as well. Our ability to install various systems using almost any type of piping
material gives us the versatility to work in many industries.
